The hotel had a good view of the sea as expected, with clean and modern rooms, but the absence of air conditioning made it very uncomfortable at times. The service was mixed, with staff being accommodating and helpful but also giving away our reserved parking space. The location was fantastic for beach access and shops, although lacking initiative in one instance.

The hotel was nicely renovated with a great soaker tub in the bathroom, perfect for a family of five. The rooms were excellent, although opening the windows in the bedroom was not an option.

However, cleanliness issues were noted with grubby surfaces, dirty cutlery, and a basin full of men's shavings. The service was very accommodating and helpful, especially in assisting guests with mobility challenges. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the expansive beach and a short walk to the bustling Cavill Avenue Pedestrian Mall. Despite the cleanliness concerns, the hotel's location and service make it a worthwhile stay.
